WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We use standard shipping for locations within the United States for all of our products, be it skincare or hair products. The shipping rates are determined by the weight of your order and your location. You can select to ship through USPS, Sendle, and FedEx with specified rates and delivery time, respectively.

We cannot offer International shipping or deliveries to PO Boxes at this time. 


Below is a quick guide for you. Add items to your cart for an estimated shipping rate.​

  • Orders weighing more than 15 pounds will be broken up into separate shipments, which may impact your cost.

  • Orders received will normally be fulfilled in 3 to 5 business days after they are placed.

  • Orders received after 12pm CST on Fridays, or on Saturdays or Sundays, may be processed the following business day.

  • Please note that delays may occur based on the volume of orders during promotional sales and holidays.

  • Transit delays may occur with delivery companies due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Be sure to check your package status through the tracking number provided when your order is fulfilled.

  • Tracking information should be received with a shipping confirmation email. Please confirm your email address in our system if you do not receive it.
